What is your process for destroying defective goods or samples with a partner's logo?
To protect IP, any defective or rejected sample with a customer's logo is cut up and fully destroyed under warehouse supervision. We never let such items reach the market or sell them as defects.
Does the workshop comply with social and environmental responsibility standards?
LUXOR does not use child labor, maintains a safe working environment with ventilation and proper glue/chemical handling, and provides full insurance for artisans. We treat people as the core value to keep quality stable.
If supply from major tanneries such as Haas is interrupted, what is your backup plan?
We maintain buffer stock of popular raw leathers for 4-6 months and have backup suppliers in Italy and Germany with equivalent quality to keep the supply chain uninterrupted.
How does contract signing work at LUXOR?
Four steps: confirm quote/sample, draft contract (e-sign via Adobe Sign supported), customer pays 50% deposit, then production, acceptance, and shipment.
What compensation applies if the workshop ships late?
We charge 0.5% to 1% of the order value per week of delay if the delay is our fault, except in force majeure situations such as natural disasters or epidemics.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. We commit to strict confidentiality for exclusive designs and do not use customer product images for promotion unless authorized.
What about CO certificates and tariff benefits?
LUXOR provides Form B CO or EUR.1 (for EU shipments), helping partners enjoy 0% import duty under Vietnam's trade agreements.
What does a CQ certificate cover?
CQ includes physical durability test reports and REACH/RoHS-compliant chemical safety reports (free from lead and hexavalent chromium).
Can LUXOR issue CITES for exotic leather?
