Is my Project Manager technically trained or just a salesperson?

All B2B staff at LUXOR go through at least 3 months of hands-on factory training. They understand strap construction and leather properties and can advise technically, not just quote prices.

How do you handle time-zone differences in international communication?

We use Slack/Trello for status updates. Our B2B team always has someone on shift to respond to US/EU partners within 2 business hours so projects keep moving smoothly.

Who pays for shipping insurance?

Under EXW or FOB, the buyer usually arranges insurance. If the customer requests DDP/CIF, LUXOR arranges full-value insurance and includes the cost transparently in logistics reporting.

Do you limit the number of colorways in one combined order?

For MOQ 50 straps, we allow up to 5 SKUs, such as 10 black and 10 brown pieces, as long as they use the same leather type, so you can diversify without heavy inventory pressure.

How long does sampling take?

Typically 5-7 working days for a complete prototype sample.

How long does DHL/FedEx international shipping take?

Usually 3-5 business days from Hanoi to partners in the US, EU, or Singapore.

What is your QC process?

Three steps: raw leather inspection, post-stitch inspection, and final edge/packaging inspection.

How do I start my first order?

Send us your request or a strap sample, and we will quote and create a prototype within the week.

How do you handle defects found after the customer has received the goods?

We provide a one-to-one replacement or an immediate refund if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.

Do you support drop-shipping for micro-brands?

Yes, we have white-label packaging workflows to ship directly to your retail customers worldwide.

Can I change the design while production is in progress?

If cutting has not started yet, we can still make adjustments to achieve the best result.
